Job Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and professional attitude
– Provide accurate information about park attractions, events, schedules, and services
– Deliver exceptional service to high-end and VIP clients, ensuring a smooth, personalized, and memorable experience
– Guide VIP guests to designated areas, assisting with special requests and offering attentive service
– Assist with crowd control and guest flow at key locations such as entrances, lounges, and attractions
– Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly and efficiently
– Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
– Support special events, private functions, and premium guest services when needed
– Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in the work area
– Represent the brand with confidence, courtesy, and enthusiasm at all times
