About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Columbia Pictures Aquaverse. This role combines the power of social media with broader marketing responsibilities to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and visitor growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

– Develop and execute engaging social media strategies tailored for global audiences.

– Manage daily operations for all social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn).

– Create and publish high-quality, visually appealing content (graphics, videos, copy) aligned with the brand voice.

– Build online communities by interacting with followers, responding to messages, and handling feedback professionally.

– Collaborate with influencers and content creators to increase reach and engagement.

Marketing Support

– Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

– Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies on marketing deliverables.

– Develop and localize marketing materials for international audiences.

– Contribute to brand-building activities both online and offline, including activations and partnerships.

Advertising & Campaign Management

– Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media and digital ad campaigns.

– Monitor performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, ROI) and adjust strategies as needed.

– Support marketing efforts for both domestic and international markets.

Market Research & Trend Monitoring

– Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices globally.

– Analyze competitor activities and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.

– Provide insights and recommendations for campaign and content improvements.

Reporting & Analysis

– Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all platforms.

– Generate regular reports and present data-driven insights to management.

– Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics to monitor effectiveness.
