Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, recruitment, outsourcing, or services industry
Strong understanding of the Vietnam market and business culture
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in Vietnamese (native) and English (business level)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
