– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
– Provide accurate information and advice to customers.
– Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
– Use Microsoft Office and other computer programs to record customer data and generate reports.
Shift: 24*7 – Rotational (night shift)/ 2 Day off per week
Location: Bhiraj Tower,(BTS Bangna)
Good communication in English
