POSITION: ASSISTANCE PARK OPERATION MANAGER

An assistant park operations manager oversees the daily activities and manages staff for park areas like rides, attractions, and guest services, ensuring safety and efficiency.

This role involves supervising staff, developing training programs, managing daily operations, and ensuring that departmental policies and safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise park staff, ensuring they follow procedures and wear the correct uniforms.

Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily functioning of attractions and park services, including scheduling and managing the team.

Safety and Guest Experience: Ensure all rides and attractions operate safely and efficiently to provide a positive guest experience, according to the highest safety standards.

Performance and Development: Monitor departmental performance, provide feedback to employees, and identify areas for improvement.

Logistics and Management: Manage inventory and supplies, develop operational policies, and assist with budget monitoring.

Coordination: Work with other departments and teams to ensure the smooth overall functioning of the park.
