Job Descriptions:
• Control and supervise the work of the construction team, such as technicians, drivers, and workers on the construction site.
• Manage the division of work, set goals, and monitor the team’s performance to ensure it is on schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure operations are carried out as planned.
• Report progress of work, problems encountered, and suggestions to management.
• Check the quality of work done on site and provide suggestions for improving the work to meet standards.
• Control the quality of materials used in the project to ensure they meet technical specifications.
• Provide training and reinforce compliance with workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents and hazards.
• Ensure adequate material, tool, and equipment management at the site to meet project needs.
• Assist in resolving issues that arise during operations, such as technical problems, labor management issues, or safety issues.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
• Male, Thai nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Vocational Certificate or Higher Vocational Certificate in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Possess a good understanding of drawing and reading construction drawings (shop drawings) for both structural and architectural drawings.
• Possess a good foundation in surveying (level/line) usage and inspection. Able to check levels and lay lines, which are fundamental to construction supervision.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, & AutoCad.
• Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in similar job function or Hospitality & Residential industry.
• Able to manage and supervise contractors and plan daily work effectively.
• Work Location: Four Seasons Naka Yai, Phuket, Thailand
