• Launching of new games (mobile and PC)
• Strategize, develop and implement product plans to improve game performance.
• Formulate and implement effective promotion strategies.
• Prepare and organize content, in-game events/activities, and promotional campaigns with execution plans that align with the project’s vision and goals.
• Collaborate with the game development team and other internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of game services.
• Conduct gameplay testing and iterate on designs based on player feedback and usability testing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the quality of game service.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in gaming, or related industry is preferable.
• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics, and game cycle principles.
• Proven experience as a Game Planner or in a similar role, with a portfolio of successfully released games, is preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Able to communicate effectively in English. (Speaking / listening / writing).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.
• Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with current trends in the gaming industry.
